Shipping policy
Free Shipping on Orders Over EUR 40
The standard shipping fee is EUR 5.90. Delivery occurs within one to three business days after payment is received.
Due to high shipping volumes, there may be delays of up to one day.
Please note that all orders are shipped only from Monday to Friday.
If the delivery person cannot deliver the package to you, they will leave a notification card in your mailbox. The package will then be available for pickup at your post office for 7 business days.
Please be aware that shipping will only occur on the following business day during German public holidays and Sundays.
You can use our service to provide an alternative delivery address or have your order conveniently delivered to your workplace.
Please note that for order processing, the billing and delivery addresses must be within the same country.
For shipments to countries outside the EU, we will handle customs clearance for you. Please note that, for legal reasons, we must declare the value of the items. This also applies to gift shipments.
PACKAGING
You will receive suitable packaging for each piece of jewelry (a box or an organza bag, depending on the item). Please note that the jewelry may also be separately packaged in a secure transport bag (poly bag) within the package.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link (please also check your spam folder). If you experience a delayed delivery or if the package has been delivered to someone you do not know according to the tracking information, please contact us at customerservice@savebrave.de.
PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. The value of the goods in your package will be automatically credited. If you still wish to receive the items, please place a new order with the correct delivery address.
PACKAGE IS DAMAGED AND/OR EMPTY OR INCOMPLETE
If you notice that the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package, as the logistics partner can initiate a damage report immediately.
If refusing acceptance is not possible, please contact us immediately after receiving the package via email at customerservice@savebrave.de or by phone at +49 (0) 9122 – 18 87 0. We will gladly handle the damage report with our logistics partner for you. However, it is necessary that you send us a photo of the damaged packaging.
