Refund policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Schmuckzeit Europe GmbH, Nördliche Ringstraße 6, 91126 Schwabach, Germany, Tel.: 09122 1887 0, E-Mail: customerservice@savebrave.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

GENERAL NOTES

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all components of the packaging. If necessary, use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
