Warranty
You have a two-year warranty on your jewelry from the date of purchase regarding material defects and manufacturing errors. The prerequisite is that you, as a consumer, purchased it from a partner retail store or in the SchmuckZeit Europe online shop.
The warranty provider is SchmuckZeit Europe GmbH, Nördliche Ringstraße 6, 91126 Schwabach, Germany. Please note that SchmuckZeit Europe jewelry purchased from an authorized jewelry store (jeweler) must also be submitted there along with the purchase receipt and cannot be sent directly to SchmuckZeit Europe.
From the date of purchase, your jewelry will be repaired free of charge within this two-year period. If this is not possible, or if a repair is disproportionate, we will exchange the piece of jewelry for an equivalent one at no cost. The warranty does not cover improper use, unauthorized repairs, negligent handling, wear and tear, parts subject to wear such as leather straps, misuse, or if the piece of jewelry was damaged due to an accident, for example.
Regardless of the warranty provided by SchmuckZeit Europe GmbH, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights. These rights are not limited by the warranty.
To refund your transport costs in the event of a warranty claim, please include a copy of the postage receipt with your package. Please also note your bank details for the purpose of reimbursement (your data will, of course, be treated confidentially).

For your own safety, we would like to advise you to send defective jewelry by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We do not assume any liability for damage, loss, or theft during transport.
